About the Mechanical Egg Grading Machine.
The mechanical egg grader is a weight-based grading system designed for small and medium poultry farms and packing operations, available in two variants: a 2-lane machine grading 3,500 eggs per hour and a 3-lane machine grading 4,500 eggs per hour. Both perform weight-based grading into 5 categories with dedicated output lanes, complete with infeed orienter, grading unit, and collection system.
The manual infeed roller conveyor with lane orienter aligns eggs uniformly for accurate weight measurement using smooth MS rollers with food-safe coating and vibration-free operation. The mechanical grading unit provides 5 customer-configurable weight categories with ±1-1.5g accuracy, featuring an overload release mechanism and robust MS chassis. The two variants are near-identical in construction; the 3-lane is slightly larger for the higher throughput.
Five dedicated collection lanes with soft-drop design reduce shell cracks, and easy-remove MS bins/trays simplify packing. The machine is designed for continuous 8-10 hour operation with less than 1% breakage rate under normal conditions. An optional 2-lane or 3-lane egg candling machine can be added to the line to match your grader. Standard construction is mild steel (MS); a stainless steel (SS) build is available on request. Installation and commissioning are included in the standard package.
